Bridging finance is a financial solution that allows access to cash that is tied up in property transactions that would traditionally only be made available once a property transfers
What information is required to apply?
We need our application forms completed and signed and a copy of your ID and proof of address. The rest is provided by the attorneys
What can bridging finance be used for?
access to commission owed on a sale prior to transfer of a property
allowing the seller access to funds to pay for rates/levy clearance, or the deposit on the next property
access to pending mortgage bond funding prior to the bank paying out so you can start renovations sooner than expected, or for a deposit on another property
How long does it take for funds to be paid?
Once all information is received and everything is in order, we can pay out on the same day. We also have fast payment facilities to make sure the money reflects in your account immediately if requested
